give @ work
Let's Globalize Compassion Together.
The process isn't rocket science. Through our give at work program, employees buy gift cards to purchase all the things they have budgeted for in their daily or weekly spend. In return, a percentage of their purchases are allocated to their company's designated charity. Employee giving couldn't get any easier.
A CULTURE OF CORPORATE GIVING
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is burgeoning from coast to coast. The most powerful and influential method businesses exploit in their quest to demonstrate CSR, is through the financial support of a heartfelt cause. Whether it's in aid of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation or the effect of greenhouse gas emissions on the planet, companies today are incorporating CSR as a core business value.
CSR is central to companies and today's employees are demanding it! They're searching for both the social impact and the business value from CSR. They want to make a meaningful difference; so they're clinging onto companies whose values align with their own. According to Industry Canada, CSR activities that integrate broader societal concerns into business strategy and performance are evidence of skilful management. CSR builds trust within a community and gives companies an edge in attracting good customers and employees.
We applaud such triple bottom line efforts. That's why we've launched our give @ work program powered by Shop and Support. Employee giving empowers businesses to adhere to corporate citizenship by augmenting much-needed funds for a praiseworthy cause of corporate and employee choice. Our give @ work program acts as a catalyst for corporate and employee giving aimed at promoting philanthropic performance.
The world should be a better place, a healthier place and a safer place in which to live. Through our give @ work program, corporations and their employees can make all the difference in the world!
