PREFERRED ONE, as the creator and manager of the Shop & Support Fundraising Program, is demonstrating its commitment to protecting the privacy of Customers' Personal Information by developing and implementing this Privacy Commitment Policy.



PREFERRED ONE recognizes that protecting your privacy and confidentiality are very important to you. Our privacy policy tells you how we will ensure your confidentiality and privacy as well as the purpose of your information that you entrust us with. PREFERRED ONE collects Member information to make your experience the very best.

PREFERRED ONE collects personal information for the following purposes:

  • To admin ister the Shop and Support Fundraising Program
  • To process and maintain your contribution or funds raised and of your participation in the Program
  • To enable you to participate in promotions and events
  • To communicate with you and to provide you with relevant products and services
  • To provide marketing program services to our retailers

PREFERRED ONE will use this information from time to time to promote additional products, services, rewards and special offers from the PREFERRED ONE Program and/or its retailers.



PREFERRED ONE does not give, rent or sell Member lists to anyone outside the Shop and Support Fundraising Program other than participating partner retailers and companies contracted to process and manage Member transactions and communications.



PREFERRED ONE and its partner retailers respect the information you provide in building a relationship with you. To the extent reasonably possible we will endeavour to keep the information confidential. For more information see our terms and conditions.



If you have any questions or if you do not wish to receive marketing or promotional communications in electronic, printed or verbal format, other than necessary account information simply contact us . Your ability to participate in the Shop and Support Fundraising Program will not be affected.
